Building a Sustainable Teaching Career — Teaching in Nigeria is increasingly shaped by heavy workloads, low pay, limited growth pathways, and rising emotional and psychological pressure. Teachers are expected to adapt to new curricula, technology, and learning demands, often without adequate tools, support, or protection. Phenomenon 4.0 responds to this reality by reframing teaching not as a role to endure, but as a profession that can be sustainable, dignified, and future-ready.
