This initiative seeks to empower teachers who are building sustainable, income-generating ventures that complement their classroom careers—not distract from them. Whether you're just starting out or already running a small business, this challenge is your opportunity to take it to the next level.

We're inviting classroom teachers with business ideas or existing ventures that:
Directly or indirectly support learning and education
Generate income in ethical and sustainable ways
Have potential for scalability and community impact
Do not interfere with the teacher's primary role in the classroom
To apply, you must:
Be a current classroom teacher (private or public school)
Be based in Abuja or its environs (including Nasarawa State)
Must have registered for the Phenomenon 3.0(Register here )

Be available to attend the conference physically on June 28, 2025
Finalists will be announced and celebrated at the Phenomenon 3.0 Conference. Three winning teacher-led ventures will receive support from a ₦1,000,000 prize pool to scale their business idea.
